ADOLESCENT COPING SKILLS GROUP

SUPPORTING ADOLESCENTS IN NAVIGATING LIFE’S CHOICES WITH CARE AND CONNECTION

Recognizing the distinct challenges of adolescence, our Adolescent Coping Skills Group is committed to offering a supportive environment for teens. This group is designed to help them navigate the social, emotional, and academic pressures they encounter, including peer relationships, family dynamics, body image issues, social media influences, bullying, and more.

By incorporating talk therapy, CBT/DBT practices, and creative arts therapy, we provide tools that build resilience and foster practical coping strategies. This group cultivates a sense of connection and belonging, empowering adolescents to confidently manage the complexities of their teenage years.

  • Our Adolescent Coping Skills Group is led by one of our licensed psychotherapists.

  • Our group sessions will take place via Zoom. Sessions are typically on weekday evenings, with final schedules provided upon application.

  • Fees: $90 per session. To help your child get the most out of their group therapy experience, we require an 8-session commitment. This ensures they receive consistent support and the tools needed to develop lasting skills and make meaningful progress on their journey.

  • We are here to support your child’s journey. Interested in scheduling a consultation or learning how we can support your child? Contact our team at [email protected]—we’re here to help.
