At MBHA, our individual therapists take an integrative, whole-person approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or a major life transition, our licensed clinicians in Scarsdale and New York City will work collaboratively with you to build coping strategies, deepen self-awareness, and create lasting change. We offer in-person sessions at our Scarsdale and NYC offices, as well as telehealth options for clients throughout New York State.
