PATHWAYS TO BALANCE GROUP

ADULT GROUP FOR COMPULSIVE AND BINGE EATING

Our Pathways to Balance group provides a compassionate and nurturing environment for adults addressing compulsive eating behaviors. Participants are guided through strategies to cultivate body acceptance and effectively manage triggers while also exploring the underlying causes of their eating patterns.

Recognizing the pervasive impact of diet culture on body image and self-worth, we help participants deconstruct harmful societal messages and reclaim their relationship with food. With a focus on a weight-neutral, Healthy at Every Size© (HAES) philosophy, we support the development of a more harmonious and balanced relationship with food and self.

Our group offers a supportive space to explore mindful practices that nurture your well-being, allowing you to reconnect with your body in a safe and empowering way.
