While we have always emphasized the enhancement value of group therapy in our treatment approach, now more than ever it has become such a meaningful form of connection for everyone. Our groups are both online or hybrid (some choosing to attend in person while others join remotely). Here is just a sampling:

  • PATHWAYS TO BALANCE: ADULT GROUP FOR COMPULSIVE, AND BINGE EATING (Ages 20-60+)

    Our Pathways to Balance group provides a warm and supportive environment for adults navigating compulsive and binge-eating behaviors. Together, we explore triggers, body acceptance, and the deeper causes behind eating patterns, while deconstructing harmful diet culture messages. Grounded in a weight-neutral, Healthy at Every Size© (HAES) approach, this group offers a supportive space to explore mindful practices that nurture your well-being, allowing you to reconnect with your body in a safe and empowering way.   • NOURISH & RECLAIM GROUP (Ages 20- 60+)

    Join our Nourish & Reclaim group, a supportive space designed for those dealing with disordered eating. Together, we explore the impact of trauma, diet culture, and societal pressures on food and body image. Led by a licensed psychotherapist, this group—available both virtually and in-person—provides practical coping skills and fosters self-acceptance, all rooted in Healthy at Every Size® (HAES) principles for a holistic path to well-being.   • ADOLESCENT COPING SKILLS GROUP (Ages 13-15 or Ages 16-19)

    Our Adolescent Coping Skills group offers a nurturing space for teens to navigate social, emotional, and academic pressures, such as body image, peer relationships, and social media influences. Through talk therapy and CBT/DBT practices, we provide practical coping strategies while fostering a sense of connection and belonging. This group empowers adolescents to confidently manage the complexities of their teenage years. Weekly for 8 sessions virtual via Zoom. READ MORE

  • PARENTING COACHING AND SUPPORT GROUP (Ages 20-60+)

    Parenting can be incredibly challenging, especially when your child – at any age- is facing difficulties. Our Parent Coaching & Support group offers a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Whether you’re looking to improve communication, strengthen connections, or simply seek a community of compassionate parents, our group is here to empower you with the tools to confidently guide your family.
